Short description

• Machine material: HT250-HT300 gray cast iron, aged & stress-relieved for high rigidity and minimal deformation
• Material hardness: ≥ HB180; rough machining followed by secondary aging finish machining
• Manual scraping of contact surfaces to reduce friction and oxide layer; crossbeam with convexity; PTFE soft strips on tool post slideways
• Gears & gear ring: forged, quenched and ground (40Cr, 45 steel); ground spacers/shims for assembly precision
• Spindle & ram material: QT600 ductile (nodular) cast iron
