Overview
This series is a fully closed-loop three-axis (X, Z, C) CNC vertical turning and milling combined machining center. With turning as the primary tool and milling as the auxiliary, the CNC-controlled machine integrates turning, boring, drilling, grinding and worktable indexing/feed into a single unit. It allows single clamping to complete multiple operations, improving workpiece positioning accuracy and machining efficiency.

Functions

• Turning: inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, end faces, conical surfaces, threading, constant line speed turning.
• Milling: end-face cam milling, radial cam milling and similar contour milling operations.
• Drilling and Boring: worktable arbitrary indexing and positioning for horizontal or vertical holes.
• Grinding: tool holder equipped with a Ø400 grinding wheel head for inner hole and outer diameter grinding.
• Worktable indexing and feed: arbitrary indexing and precise positioning to support multiple processes in one setup.

Applications
Suitable for mechanical manufacturing sectors such as power generation equipment, light industry machinery, large bearing production and general machinery components where combined turning and milling operations are required.
