Product information
Full grating is named because the bearing bars and cross bars share the same cross-section and therefore the same height. A bearing bar is supported at both ends and its underside is not slotted. Compared with standard press-locked grating, full grating provides improved screening and a refined appearance.

• Welded-in holed fixing plates: Welded-in perforated plate; hole size and layout per customer specification; screws provided by customer.
• Grating heald bolt fastener: Head bolt with retaining flange; available in special versions for highly corrosive environments (e.g. X-BT) and in pre-mounted X-GR RU version.
• Hilti clamp: Saddle top clip and lower part connected; high resistance to vibration, installable by one person for reduced installation time.
• Clamp B: Saddle top clip, clamp lower part, M8x60 hexagon screw and M8 square nut.
• Safety clamp A: Safety upper part, clamp lower part, hexagon screw and square nut.
• Safety clamp D: Safety upper part, clamp lower part, hexagon screw and square nut.
