Product information
MEISER developed the Ultra Grating as a press-locked grating alternative to conventional press-welded and electrowelded mats. A special press-locked joining technique ensures a secure connection between bearing and cross bars; optional spot welding is available. The design minimises the risk of cross bars loosening during sawing, making the Ultra Grating particularly suitable for cut-to-size and further processing operations. Mats are supplied trimmed and stocked in various mesh spacings and sizes. The cross bar side can be edged on request.

Accessories / Fixings

• Double clamp B — Consisting of 2 saddle top clips, clamp lower part, 2 hexagon screws and 2 square nuts.
• Grating heald bolt fastener — Consisting of head bolts and retaining flange; for highly corrosive environments (e.g. offshore) also available as X-BT; pre-mounted version X-GR RU.
• Grating butt joint — Comprising top and base with thread and allen screw.
• Hilti clamp — Consisting of saddle top clip and lower part connected to one another; high resistance to vibrations, easy handling by one person and significantly shorter installation times.
• Clamp B — Consisting of a saddle top clip, clamp lower part, M8x60 hexagon screws and M8 square nut.
• Clamp B 10 — Consisting of a stirrup top clip, hexagon socket screw, clip lower part and nut.
• Clamp S — Consisting of a flat head screw, clamp lower part and square nut.
• Safety clamp A — Consisting of safety upper part, clamp lower part, hexagon screw and square nut.
