Overview
Accessories for pneumatic staplers including swivel arm systems, balancers and a compressed-air spiral hose. Designed to provide constant air supply and ergonomic handling of pneumatic stapling tools at assembly and packaging stations.

Application range
Pneumatic blind staplers and stapling pliers are intended to be suspended above the packaging or assembly station. The swivel arm system supplies compressed air and keeps the tool within a semicircular working range so the stapler remains at hand and the operator benefits from improved ergonomics. Wall mounting uses two-angle fixing; table mounting uses a single-angle fixing at the workstation.

Technical Description

• DS 75: compressed-air spiral hose, extended length up to 7.5 m.
• B 2/4: balancer (weight compensator) with 2.0 m cable, adjustable for tool weights 2–4 kg; compatible with Plier 130/1916 P, 130/1916 PU + PUX; Blind Stapler TOP SP P; MEROLOCK 3; MEPA 18 + 22 P; MERO 18 + 22 P.
• B 6/8: balancer (weight compensator) with 2.5 m cable, adjustable for tool weights 6–8 kg; suitable for JUMBO M 28, 32, 38.
• Swivel arm system for wall mounting: SCHWENK 20 W (2.0 m), SCHWENK 30 W (3.0 m).
• Swivel arm system for table/column mounting: SCHWENK 10 T (1.0 m arm, height 1800 mm), SCHWENK 20 T (2.0 m arm, height 1800 mm).
• W/EINHEIT: maintenance unit (filter-regulator-lubricator).
