Description

Manual chopping machine with cutting system that can be adapted to different types of product. • Machine made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel • Cutting rollers adjustable up to 10 mm gap • Manual operation using a handle • Production capacity from 10-15 kg/h depending on the type of chopped pieces and the product • Production: chopped pieces The cutting system is designed to adapt to different types of products and obtain excellent precision in the caliber of the chopped pieces. In the case of nuts, the specific design of the cutting system rollers helps to prevent the extraction of the essential oil from the nuts during the processing stage, thus maintaining the organoleptic qualities of the product and preventing the nuts from rapidly becoming rancid. Cutting rollers The Crick Crock 50-1M manual model is fitted with a single pair of cutting rollers for the production of chopped pieces in a range of about 6-3 mm (for nuts). Chopping machine production capacity The production capacity of our chopping machines is 10-15 kg/h depending on the type of chopped piece and product. The machine is operated manually using a handle located at the rear. Cleaning the chopping machine Clean the cutting rollers with compressed air as needed, and with hot water and a sponge/steam/compressed air at the end of the work shift.
