The ball mill can hold up to 50 Kg of finished product with a production rate of 45-50 Kg/h of product with a fineness of 20-22 microns and minimum 30% fat content. The machine features a cooling unit which controls the optimal product processing temperature and maintains the organoleptic properties of the ingredients used. The machine has a built-in heating unit used in some recipes and ensures that the residual grease does not solidify between the steel balls when it is idle. The recirculation circuit is powered by a patented pump that allows the production of liquid cream with a high percentage of oil and creams with a high percentage of sugars (processed and raw). The tanks, balls and mixing arm, made entirely of treated steel, increase the machine’s overall production performance and help to ensure sanitization.
