Overview
The eQ-Series all-electric performance platform sets industry standards. Milacron’s eQ-Series is an all-electric injection molding machine controlled by latest-generation servo drives to maximize acceleration, enable precise motion control and reduce cycle times. Regenerative Servo Drive technology returns excess energy to the power supply, lowering overall energy consumption. Engineered for high rigidity, the eQ-Series supports production of a wide range of parts with consistent repeatability. Cleanroom-ready construction makes it suitable for applications requiring precise process control and high-speed injection. The eQ-Series operates without water or hydraulic oil.

The standard Mold and Ejector Protection system continuously monitors for retained parts or foreign objects between core and cavity. Combined with high-speed responsiveness, advanced motion control and programmable clamp tolerances, this protection minimizes repairs and downtime while maintaining cycle speed. An optional bolt-on injection unit provides a fully electric injection solution with servo-driven precision for applications demanding maximum acceleration and accuracy.
