Mitsuya's Iron-Nikel alloy plating falls into the soft magnetic category, making it ideal for applications requiring materials that readily magnetize and demagnetize.
Similar to Invar or Permalloy, its properties can be precisely adjusted by varying the iron content. Our plating, with a composition close to Invar alloy (around 40% nickel), excels as a magnetic shield due to its minimal thermal expansion, excellent high-temperature strength retention, and good oxidation resistance.
Beyond magnetic shielding, it's used in magnetic heads, magnetic sensor materials, and for precision electroforming. This versatile plating is particularly valuable in electronic equipment and parts.
