AuSn alloys are a lead-free, eco-friendly soldering solution for high-temperature, high-strength, and high-reliability connections. ROHS compliant and solderable without flux, they offer excellent corrosion/oxidation resistance, high bond/tensile strength, and wettability. Our precision AuSn alloy plating provides thinner, uniform films (±1um tolerance) with high dimensional accuracy for fine patterns.
