Hard Silver Plating (MC-11HS) is a high-hardness coating engineered to provide superior wear resistance and slidability for EV and PHV charging terminals. While conventional silver plating typically ranges from Hv 80–110, MC-11HS offers significantly higher hardness, allowing for a reduction in plating thickness without sacrificing durability. Despite its increased strength, it maintains the same low contact resistance, high electrical conductivity, and sulfurized gas discoloration resistance as standard films. These functional properties make it an ideal solution for industrial connectors and equipment that require frequent insertion and long-term reliability.
