Description

Heat Resistant Silver Plating (MC-11HR-A/B) is a high-purity coating (99.9%) designed for the extreme thermal demands of high-voltage EV connectors and fuel cell systems. Unlike conventional silver films that lose adhesion at temperatures above 200C—particularly on stainless steel or nickel substrates—the MC-11HR series ensures long-term reliability and product integrity in high-heat environments. Available in two grades, MC-11HR-A (stable up to 400C) and MC-11HR-B (stable up to 600C), these coatings maintain a soft hardness profile of Hv 30–50 and resist high-temperature discoloration. By preserving excellent conductivity, contact resistance, and bondability under thermal stress, these films provide a robust solution for advanced industrial and automotive applications.
