Thanks to its container available in various configurations and its advanced control via touch screen panel, it is the ideal tool for efficient and flexible mixing processes. A robust and safe structure for your laboratory The supporting frame is built in AISI 304 stainless steel, known for its corrosion resistance and long-term durability. To ensure maximum safety, the machine is equipped with fixed protection and two front doors with safety switches, preventing access to the mixing area during operation. Main features of the mixer: - Capacity up to 600 liters: The mixer is available with an AISI 316 stainless steel container, either biconical or "V"-shaped, designed to handle powder volumes of up to 600 liters—ideal for medium-scale production. - Optimized loading and discharge: The container is equipped with a convenient loading opening and a discharge outlet with Triclamp valve, ensuring controlled flow and easy handling of the finished product. - Touch Screen Panel: Connected to a PLC control system, the panel allows for precise management of mixing parameters, such as process timing, rotation direction reversal, and speed adjustment.
