The MultiGel GR 1 sieve is designed for sieving powders. Thanks to its rotating movement, the GR 1 offers an efficient, high-quality solution for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical and food laboratories, guaranteeing an hourly production of up to 100 kg. This powder sieve is made entirely in Italy from AISI 316 stainless steel, a highly resistant material that complies with pharmaceutical standards. Versatility and customisation for your laboratory One of the strengths of the GR 1 sieve is its operational flexibility. Thanks to the possibility of changing the screens, the sieve can be adapted to different types of powders and sieving requirements. Main features: - Rotating movement: the rotor is self-centring, ensuring uniform sieving of the powders. - Advanced electronic control: the rotations and work cycles are managed via an electronic panel, which allows you to set the speed and direction of rotation to optimise the sieving process. - Interchangeable screens: GR 1 is equipped with interchangeable screens that allow you to adjust the granularity and sieving of the product, ensuring maximum precision in the various stages of the production process. - Easy maintenance: the working section of the sieve can be completely dismantled.
