Description

APD filling line – Compact solution for dosing powders into bottles The APD line is an automated machine for the precise dosing of pharmaceutical powders into bottles. Thanks to its screw system and mobile stainless steel structure, it guarantees high precision, flexibility and compliance with GMP standards, making it ideal for galenic laboratories and small-scale industrial production. APD can be configured according to production requirements and can be equipped with: - Screw feeder with pneumatic conveyor for continuous product feeding. - Motorised conveyor belt for correct positioning of bottles. - Rotating table for automatic feeding of containers. - Collection tray for filled bottles. The double gate on the belt ensures precise positioning, increasing efficiency and reducing waste. The APD can also be integrated with the ACL 1500 and ACL 1500 D counting lines for complete management of small and medium-sized production runs. Main features: - Screw feeder with brushless motor, tolerance ±5%. - 10-litre hopper in AISI 316L stainless steel for continuous filling. - Mobile structure on wheels for easy movement. - PLC with touch screen for programming and monitoring operations. - Hygienic and easy-to-clean materials, compliant with pharmaceutical standards.
