ACM100 – Horizontal Automatic Cartoner The ACM100 is a compact, versatile, and high-performance machine designed to pack blisters, sachets, and bottles (with automatic 90° rotation). Ideal for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmetic sectors, it combines precision and speed with a reduced footprint, making it perfect for integration into existing medium- to large-scale production lines. Its modular design ensures efficient handling of different formats. The product loader features an adjustable discharge system for precise dosing; the leaflet pick-up unit automatically adapts pre-folded leaflets to the carton size; the carton pick-up unit opens and positions flat blanks on the conveyor. Two insertion units synchronize product and leaflet placement with accuracy. The carton closing unit is also available with hot-melt glue. Ink-jet printing applies batch, expiry date, and other data directly onto each carton. The HMI touch interface, intuitive and multilingual, simplifies control of all operating parameters.
