JUNIOR is the powder mixer entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, ideal for mixing small quantities of powders in galenic, nutraceutical, cosmetic and food laboratories. Thanks to its compact dimensions and advanced technology, it easily fits on the bench of any laboratory, offering an efficient and safe system for the preparation of precise mixtures. For larger capacities, the MP 6 L model is available. The JUNIOR powder mixer is equipped with a V-shaped container made of AISI 316 stainless steel with a capacity of 0.25 or 0.5 litres. Both containers are equipped with two caps for complete cleaning and sanitising. They can be equipped with fixed paddles to break up powder lumps and allow perfect mixing of even small quantities of powder. JUNIOR's high technology combines small dimensions with perfect operation control. The powder mixer is equipped with a PLC that manages all the main functions: the rotation time, which can be adjusted to ensure optimal mixing, and the speed and reversal of rotation, which can be customised for different types of powder and recipes. In addition, the machine is equipped with an advanced safety system that immediately stops the movement in case of accidental opening of the protection guard, thus ensuring a safe working environment.
