Located in Sinsheim Germany, NEUE HERBOLD washing lines are tailor made for wet recycling of plastics. The complete washing lines are sold for the plastics waste recycling. Foreign materials must be separated prior to the re-pelletizing the plastic waste. These washing lines produce flakes or granules with the highest quality. A variety of materials can be recycled such as thin and stretch films, PET bottles, industrial, agriculture, tanks, bottle cases, HDPE containers, rubbish bins, window profiles made of PVC, and cases for car batteries. A recycling line, depending on the material, level of contamination and application can consist of a shredder, granulator, metal separator, friction washer, intensive washer, floating sink tank, mechanical dryer, thermal dryer, material separator, air separator, or other screening machine.
