Overview
AIR by Nexelec is a connected carbon monoxide (CO) detector designed for landlords, facility managers and professional installers. It uses an electrochemical CO sensor, provides local audible and visual alarms and supports remote monitoring and maintenance via radio connectivity. The device combines compact dimensions and a discreet design to facilitate occupant acceptance.

Connectivity & management
The detector integrates a wireless communication module with options such as LoRaWAN and other radio protocols. It is designed for fleet management with remote alerts for faults, low battery and critical parameters. Digital maintenance records are stored in the device secure NFC chip after interventions. The NAVIXIS digital logbook and management platform provide traceability, history, automated tracking and API/connectors for third-party integration.

Safety & use notes
CO is colorless, odorless and toxic. The detector provides a pre-alarm and full alarm sequence to allow ventilation and evacuation. Some SKUs feature a sealed non-replaceable battery: end-of-life requires detector replacement. Product intended for indoor environments and professional installation by qualified personnel.
