Overview
ORIGIN+ is a connected photoelectric smoke detector integrating temperature and humidity sensors. Designed for professional installation and large-scale fleet management, it supports remote monitoring, maintenance and interconnection of detectors and accessories. Sealed lithium batteries provide a design life of up to 10 years.

ORIGIN+ is tailored for property managers and lessors: remote maintenance reduces site visits; each maintenance action can be recorded as a certificate in the detector’s secure NFC chip; the digital logbook (QR code + application) provides traceability for regulatory and insurance purposes. API and connector support simplifies fleet integration.

Mounting & environment
Approved for wall or ceiling mounting. For accurate temperature/humidity measurement, wall mounting is recommended 30–60 cm below the ceiling. Indoor operating conditions: -10°C to +50°C; humidity 0% to 99% RH (non‑condensing).

Battery life is designed for 10 years but not guaranteed; actual life depends on operating conditions and maintenance. Product variants support different radio technologies (LoRaWAN, Sigfox, EnOcean) and certifications depending on reference.
