Overview
The CapScan 2000 is a drift-free, in-process capacitance measurement system designed for datacom and cable manufacturing. It enables on-line, high-speed correlation of in-process and post-process capacitance data to detect process deviations early, reduce downgrades and rejects, and improve product yield.
