Overview The AccuScan 5000 two-axis diameter gauge performs high-speed diameter and profile measurements at 2400 scans per second per axis (4800 measurements/sec total). It delivers industry‑leading single-scan accuracy for inline tolerance checks, profile monitoring and high-speed flaw detection across a range of cylindrical and shaped products. Models cover OD ranges up to 80 mm (3.15 in.) to suit varied production requirements.
