OverviewThe Z-Mike Pro is a non-contact laser micrometer for dimensional inspection of precision parts on the shop floor and in metrology labs. It measures diameter, ovality, effective cutting diameter, taper and total indicated runout (TIR) without touching the part, avoiding mechanical deformation and operator influence. Models deliver up to ±0.5 µm accuracy and model-dependent repeatability as specified below. Measurements are traceable to national standards (NIST).
