Overview
The HTS-820 from Hi-Target is a robotic total station engineered for single-operator surveying on challenging terrain and complex construction sites. Its hybrid tracking fuses multiple sensor inputs to maintain prism lock through obstructions and to automatically reacquire targets. Intelligent imaging-based stationing removes manual centering and instrument height measurement, providing automatic stationing with up to 1 mm accuracy. Rental options available.

Key system features
The drive motor achieves a maximum rotation speed of 180°/s with direction-change time under 3.5 s and angular positioning accuracy ≤2″. Smart Prism Search offers two modes: 360° Super Search (planar laser) for 20–300 m and AI Search (camera + AI) for up to 20 m. Optional Pole Control System (UHF+IMU or UHF+GNSS+IMU) permits full remote control beyond 600 m with automatic tilt compensation and GNSS-based control-free setup.
