Purification system for the food industry SD series

Machine recommended for semolina purification. More uniform air distribution for perfect product stratification and distribution over sieves. Stability during transient phases by means of a new mechanical drive arrangememt. Inclinated exhaust hood, integrated in theoscillating tray, to guarantee perfect cleaning. Partition sectors of the exhaust hood areavailable in accordance with product layeron the upper sieve. Exhaust is adjusted by 32 patented wing shaped valves to allow independent air control on the entire lenght of every quarter section of each sieve. The machine is complete with three layers ofsieves made in light alloy, 500x500 mm andtwo independent exhaust hoods. Mechanical drive uses timing belt transmission to guarantee absolute synchronism of the eccentric masses during start/stop and normal running. The machine is run by a standard motor. Throughs discharge hoppers complete with flowdiverters.Overtails discharge group includes flow diverter valves, integrated in the oscillating tray. LED lights provide excellent lighting for effective viewing of product on the sieves; long life and limited energy consumption.
