Stainless steel bin activator EVI/N series

Ideal machine for any type of cement, metal or plastic silo. THe EVI/N model is suitable for the extraction of grain, flour, semolina, pellets and screening, while the EVC/N model is suitable for unloading bran and by-products. For trouble-free extraction of grain, flour, semolina, bran, feed stocks, pellets, germ and flaked products form any type of storage bin. The vibrating bin discharger combines the vibrating motion and the specific downward flow features of the stored materials, thus assuring discharge without segregation, arching or build-up on the wall. Unit can be fitted to any type of bin, whether in concrete, metal, or plastic structure. Discharger unit formed by two elements, joined by a special flexible sleeve; the cylindrical shaped upper element is anchored to the bin hopper bottom, and the vibrating lower element is suspended to the upper ring through a set of spring suspensions, which prevent the transfer of vibrations to the storage bin. A vibrating motor actuates both the vibrating element and the baffle plate placed over the hopper outlet, which prevents compacting and bridging of product, reduces the downward flow of material and eliminates the segregation of stock that may occur during the loading stage of the bin. Vibrating bin dischargers of the EVI/N series are suitable for extracting grain, flour, semolina, pellets and screenings, while the extractors of the EVC/N series are specifically designed for unloading bran and by-products.
