Description

Overview
  • Flexible multi-clamping rail system designed to adapt quickly to a variety of workpiece sizes and applications. Multi-Rail RH accepts common clamp modules and allows fast reconfiguration of components for series production and job-shop setups.

Installation
  • Each Multi-Rail set includes the bolt set required for installation on a grid platform. For T-slot tables, alternative installation components are required.


Notes
  • Nominal serration spacing is 2.50015 mm; for example, 200 serrations correspond to a nominal spacing of 500.030 mm. Account for this value when programming stopper positions.
  • The first locating hole can be used as a reference point for positioning or CAM programming.

  • Customized setups can be created by combining different modules from the Multi-Rail family to match specific workpiece sizes and clamping requirements.
