Clamping rail RL

Description
Flexible multi-clamping vise system for reliable, repeatable workholding and higher productivity. Multi-Rail RL adapts to various workpiece sizes; its modular components are reusable and can be reconfigured quickly for different applications and parts.

Notes

• Nominal serration spacing is 2.50015 mm; for example, 200 serrations correspond to a nominal spacing of 500.030 mm. Account for this value when programming stopper positions.
• The first locator hole can be used as a reference point for positioning or CAM programming.

In addition to the predefined sets available on this product page, customized setups can be created by combining different modules from the Multi-Rail product family. This allows the rail configuration to be adapted to specific workpiece sizes and clamping requirements.
