Product overviewThe OS 120 residual oil sensor provides continuous monitoring of oil vapor content in compressed air and technical gases. The PID-based sensor features automatic calibration for improved accuracy and long-term stability. Sensor contamination and remaining sensor lifetime are continuously monitored and displayed to the operator. On detection of over-range events the sampling air is automatically diverted to protect the detector. Its compact inline design and straightforward installation suit permanent process monitoring in industrial compressed air systems.
Applications- General compressed air systems
- Downstream of activated carbon filters
- Downstream of oil-free compressors after dryers
- Where upstream drying and filtration are applied
Characteristics- 5" color touch screen for local display and operation
- PID (photoionization detector) sensing for oil vapor detection
- High-capacity data logger (up to 100 million values)
- Automatic sensor calibration for consistent measurement accuracy
- Real-time sensor contamination and lifetime monitoring with user display
- Over-range protection: sampling air removal to prevent contamination
- Inline continuous monitoring with simple installation
