OverviewThe pitot tube flow sensor OS 430 uses the pitot tube principle to measure total flow. When installed correctly, the sensor can measure wet and dirty gases such as compressor discharge. The design provides long-term stability, a wide turndown ratio and good temperature stability. The sensor is suitable for compressed air and other noncorrosive gases.
ApplicationsMeasures air delivery at compressor discharge and other high-mass or wet-gas flows where total flow monitoring is required.
Characteristics- Total flow measurement for system monitoring and process control.
- High accuracy and reliable measurements over a wide operating range.
- Suitable for wet and dirty gases; compatible with compressed air and noncorrosive gases.
- Long-term stability and good temperature stability for consistent readings.
- Enables easy process monitoring with effective, low-cost recording options.
