Ortlieb introduces the QUADRO® Dead Length Collet Chucks that can be widely used in NC/CNC-machines, lathe tools, and specialized machines. These chucks are equipped with a pressure tube to hydraulically transmit clamping pressure on pressure sleeve. Collet Chucks have excellent quality and are available in a wide range of applications which makes them one of the best in class tools in clamping technology. QUADRO® Collet Chucks come with numerous advantages. Clamping pressure prevents the axial movement of work pieces. These chucks facilitate the use of both the Rubber-Flex® RFC collets and steel collets as per DIN 6343. Bayonet cap enables time-saving while changing the collet. Additionally, Rubber-Flex® RFC collets facilitate vibration-free twin-clamping arrangements.
