Round thin plate inserts are plastic plugs designed to close and protect pipe ends and holes. They are used to seal openings on piping, sheet metal, furniture, and other manufactured goods to protect from dirt, dust and moisture and to provide a neat finish.

• Material options: PVC, polyethylene, EPDM, silicone (material depends on application).
• Primary color: Black; colored plugs available on demand.
• Typical use: closure and protection of pipe ends and holes on machinery, furniture, panels and assemblies to prevent ingress of dirt, dust and moisture and to provide finishing.
• Size range: many codes available covering nominal diameters from around 10 mm up to ~194 mm (specific codes and dimensions listed in Sizes table).
• Thickness compatibility: minimum tube thicknesses from 0.5 mm up to ~34 mm depending on model; maximum tube thickness values provided per model in the Sizes table.
• Hole range: each code includes recommended hole range (see Sizes table) to match panel/opening dimensions.
• Design variants: multiple code variants (e.g. +2.5, +3, +3.5, +4.5, etc.) offering differences in H1/H and insertion features for thicker panels or different fits.
• Applications: suitable for mechanical, bodywork, boating, modelling, automotive and general industrial or consumer uses where quick insertion/removal and protection are required.
• Measurement conventions: decimal values in the table use commas as decimal separators consistent with source data.
