The inspection camera is designed for industrial inspections, maintenance, building services, electrical systems and service operations. With a temperature measurement range of -20 … +1200 °C, a resolution of 0.1 °C and an accuracy of ±2 °C or ±2% of reading, it enables precise recording of temperature distributions. The IR resolution of 640 x 512 pixels and thermal sensitivity of <40 mK at 25 °C allow detection of small temperature differences.

The camera includes an 8 MP digital camera with image fusion, picture-in-picture function and integrated illumination for low-light conditions. The 4.3" LC touch display with button controls provides comfortable operation. For distance determination the camera features a laser distance meter. The target distance can be set manually from 0.5 … 50 m. In addition, the device provides maximum and minimum temperature detection for quick localization of anomalies.

The adjustable emissivity range from 0.01 … 0.99 enables measurements on different materials. The camera operates in the 8 … 14 µm wavelength band with an image frequency of 50 Hz. Photos (JPG) and videos (MP4) can be recorded and stored. Internal memory of 32 GB can be extended via microSD up to 256 GB.

Data transfer and external display output are possible via WLAN, USB-C and mini-HDMI. Additional functions include PC software for thermal analysis, seven color palettes, automatic shutdown and optical/acoustic temperature alarms with adjustable upper and lower limits. Visual and acoustic alarms activate when set thresholds are reached. The inspection camera is suitable for thermal inspection of electrical installations, machines, buildings and HVAC systems.
