Product overviewThe ACS self-climbing formwork system uses integrated hydraulic climbing units combining wall formwork and working platforms to enable crane-independent vertical advancement. Variants are provided for façades, building cores, shafts and inclined bridge pylons. Integrated hydraulic components allow multiple units to climb simultaneously, reducing exposed leading edges and shortening formwork cycles to increase site productivity and safety.

Variants of the ACS self-climbing system- There are six ACS variants to match project requirements.
- ACS R Self-Climbing System – standard version with carriage and open-top formwork for easy reinforcement installation.
- ACS P Platform System – for advance-built high-rise cores and tower-like structures with large storage and working areas.
- ACS G Realization with Gallows – for casting walls and slabs in one pour or for circular structures; both formwork sides attach to cantilevered gallows.
- ACS V Adjustable Version – for inclined structures such as bridge pylons, with platforms maintained horizontal.
- ACS S Shaft Formwork – for stairways or small elevator shafts with a single central climbing device.
- ACS C Core Formwork – for handling large-sized core formwork including concrete placing booms and site equipment.
