Short description
The eFlex is the entry model of the eRange dedusters with metal detection. It features an open, non-contained design and segmented, transparent polymer spirals molded in Tritan copolyester for full visual inspection during operation.

Design & operation
The eFlex range uses a new generation of segmented, modular spirals molded in Tritan copolyester. Each spiral segment is removable individually to enable quick dismantling, cleaning and validation. The fully transparent design provides a 360° view of tablets throughout the process.

Widened circumferential dust extraction channels combined with central air jets remove excess powder immediately during dedusting. Tablets are conveyed to the outlet within seconds to ensure effective powder removal. The simplified, tool-free construction reduces part count and facilitates maintenance.
