Description
The NutraFlex is a tablet deduster developed to meet nutraceutical production requirements, combining pharmaceutical-grade concepts with cost-effective design for nutraceutical lines. The unit features a segmented transparent spiral made of Tritan copolyester, enabling 360° visual control of the tablet flow. Dedusting is achieved by enlarged circumferential extraction channels combined with central air jets directed at the tablets, ensuring efficient dust removal while maintaining high throughput. The machine is tool-free for handling and maintenance.
