TIVAR 1000 exhibits a very well balanced property profile. It combines a very good wear and abrasion resistance with outstanding impact strength, even at temperatures below -200 °C.
Additionally, TIVAR 1000 stock shapes are also available in our Food Grade programme, which means that they can be supplied with a declaration of compliance, confirming they comply with the requirements mentioned in the European Regulations (EC) No 1935/2004 and (EU) 10/2011. The composition of the raw materials used for the manufacture of TIVAR 1000 stock shapes also complies with the regulations of the United States of America [FDA] for plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
