Product overview
The PRESTO PET Perforator is engineered to perforate loose PET bottles and PET bottles packed in plastic-film bags to optimise compaction and improve downstream processing. Two counter-rotating spiked shafts draw in material and create regular perforations to facilitate air release and densification during baling or static compaction.

Operation & material flow
Perforated material is discharged directly onto the conveyor of a horizontal baler, a static compaction system or a static auger compactor. The unit can be fed manually, by forklift, conveyor belt or wheel loader and is suitable for recycling lines processing PET beverage containers.
