Product description
The PRESTO static auger compactor SPN 15 (reinforced version) is designed to compact one-way wooden pallets, multi-purpose wooden pallets (Euro-pallets 1200 x 800 mm) and smaller timber pieces. Its static auger breaks up and densifies pallet material inside the compactor chamber to achieve significant volume reduction.

Function & advantage
The machine performs simultaneous coarse breakup and compaction within a single compactor box, reducing handling steps and producing a denser, more transportable product ready for disposal or recycling.

Feeding options
Depending on the model configuration, pallets can be fed individually or in groups—up to five Euro-pallets at a time—allowing integration with manual loading or automated feeding systems.

Performance
Typical throughput is approximately 240–360 pallets per hour. The content of a 30 m3 container processed by the SPN 15 is expected to weigh around 4.0–6.0 t.
