OverviewTechnology for controlling odours, gases and bacteria in waste compactors. The system generates ozone on-site using a CGC (Corona Glass Cell) and is designed for safe, cost-efficient and environmentally compatible operation in containerised applications.
Technology and operationOzone (O3) is a molecule of three oxygen atoms with strong oxidizing properties. The PRESTO unit uses a CGC (Corona Glass Cell) to produce ozone from ambient air via an electrical charge. The unit is mounted inside the container and connected through a perforated plate to distribute ozone into the compacted waste volume.
Timer and controlsThe generator includes an asymmetric timer to control ozone production cycles. To adjust the timer, cut the main power supply behind the front cover. Set the ozone ON interval with TON and the OFF interval with TOFF. Controls are intended for installation-accessible adjustment only.
