Description

901 radar level meter is one type of high frequency level meter. This series of radar level meter adopted 26G high frequency radar sensor, the maximum measurement range can reach up to 10 meters. The sensor material is PTFE, so it could work well in corrosive tank, such as acid or alkaline liquid. Radar Level Meter Working Principle: An extremely small 26GHz radar signal emitted in short pulse form from the antenna end of the radar level gauge. The radar pulse is reflected by the sensor environment and the surface of the object and is received by the antenna as a radar echo. The rotation period of the radar pulse from emission to reception is proportional to the distance. That is how the level distance be measured. 1. The integrated anti-corrosion outer cover structure effectively prevents the corrosive medium from contacting the probe, with excellent anti-corrosion performance, suitable for the measurement of corrosive medium; 2. It adopts advanced microprocessor and echo processing technology, which not only enhances the echo ability, but also helps to avoid interference. The radar level gauge can be applied to various complicated working conditions; 3. Using 26GHz high-frequency transmitting frequency, small beam angle, concentrated energy, stronger anti-interference ability, greatly improved measurement accuracy and reliability; 4. Compared with the low-frequency radar level gauge, the measurement blind area is smaller, and good results can be obtained for small tank measurement; 5. It is almost free from corrosion and foam; 6. High signal-to-noise ratio, better performance can be obtained even in fluctuating environment.
