QUIRI ZERO POINT design is made up of a patented collet clamping system, and thanks to surface contacts, it offers many advantages. The clearance in the presentation of the elements to be clamped, allows quick and efficient installation and removal of assembly fixtures and parts. QUIRI ZERO POINT provides an effective pull-in force of up to 30 kN. This easy and flexible solution, which is extremely precise, is intended for differents areas such as metrology, turning, milling, erosion and surface grinding. This modular and adaptable tool of quick production change converts setup times into production times.The clamping plates and standard cylinders provide maximal flexibility and can be adapted to several needs and to various manufacturing sectors.
