DescriptionRS6152M1 is a digital short-wave infrared (SWIR) InGaAs focal plane detector featuring a 640×512 area array and a 15 μm pixel pitch. It supports high frame-rate operation and MROI multi-window readout. The device is packaged in a hermetically sealed metal enclosure with an integrated single-stage TEC for active temperature control. Designed for industrial and scientific SWIR imaging tasks, it is suited to machine vision, spectral imaging, visual enhancement and laser detection applications.
