Product overviewThe REMBE® explosion vent BESS.EGV provides dedicated protection for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). It is offered in multiple geometries with customisable burst pressures to suit various BESS designs.
ApplicationBESS.EGV is intended primarily for roof-mounted installation on BESS enclosures. The standard burst pressure is 0.1 bar at 22 °C, but it can be configured down to 0.025 bar for sensitive designs.

MechanismDuring a deflagration, the vent opens at predefined breaking points, releasing pressure from the BESS to the surrounding environment and protecting the enclosure.
