Overview:
Technical parameters: Temperature profile 5°C → 65°C (homogenization) → 85–95°C (15 s) → 5°C. Production capacity: 500 L/h up to 20 t/h (0.5–20 t/h), heat exchanging area 5–80 m2 depending on model.

Application:
Designed for continuous aseptic UHT treatment of liquid food products such as fresh milk, milk beverages, fruit juices, tea-based drinks, alcoholic beverages and ice cream mix. Suitable for pre-sterilization steps in production lines for extended shelf-life pasteurized milk.

Equipment characteristics:

• High heat recovery via tub-in-tub heat exchanger, compact footprint and reduced energy consumption.
• Compatible with upstream and downstream units: separator, homogenizer, flash evaporator and degasser.
• Operation modes: Fully automatic control (PLC with touch screen) or semi-automatic PID control for flexible integration.
