Onboard 8 Digital Input and 6 Digital Outputs expandable with upto 8 plug in modules IEC 61131-3 Programming Environment as standard Bidirectional High-Speed Inputs upto 25KHz with 2 single phase HSC inputs and 10KHz on Quadrature inputs 6 Relay Outputs 2A This micro PLC is a complete package of Control and connectivity on a Single hardware. Ideally suited for factory floor operation and small local control it can also be used as a local controller for larger PLC’s connected on Modbus. Incorporates possibility to add other serial protocols on request. For special local requirements or for a few additional I/O, plug in I/O provides support. These modules cover both digital and analogue types. Analogues include linear and non linear analog inputs and load cells. The Analogue modules feature individual channel configuration which greatly reduces the footprint of the installation and optimizes cost. With 2 high-speed single-phase HSC inputs, this PLC can handle up to 25KHz or 8 single-phase HSC inputs up to 10KHz. For 4 Quadrature inputs it can handle up to 5KHz, or for 2 Quadrature inputs up to 10KHz Program Software called Flexisoft is downloadable from website and is without any license. The FL004-0806R-V2 product complies with EMC directive 2014/30/EU and LVD directive 2014/35/EU. It also has approvals for CE, UKCA, RoHS
