Wire rope assemblies for load cell applications. Assemblies improve alignment, increase load cell repeatability and act as vibration dampeners.

Wire Rope Assemblies

• Designed for use with load cells to enhance alignment and measurement repeatability; provide inherent vibration damping.

Cardinal Wire Rope Assemblies

• EL208 Cardinal wire rope assembly: used on 7,500 lb capacity FH model and 8,000 lb capacity EP model.
• EL209 Cardinal wire rope assembly: used on 20,000 lb capacity FH and EP models; may also be used on 15,000 lb capacity FH and EP models.

Custom Wire Ropes

• When ordering custom ropes, complete the Custom Wire Rope Definition form and provide a sample when possible; specify required tension rating and total capacity.

Warning
Do not expose wire ropes to shock loads, chemicals or twisting. Use chains or rods as safety backup in case of catastrophic failure.
