The hydraulic dock leveller with a 500 mm telescopic lip, model G 9000, provides flexible solutions for end loads and variable vehicle widths. The telescopic lip extends onto the vehicle bed with precise control and runs on four maintenance-free roller bearings to reduce friction. A tapered lip option improves alignment for wider vehicles. The platform (standard 8 mm deck plate) is lifted by two main cylinders with built-in velocity fuses for free-fall protection. Micro-processor controls enable adjustable operation and return-to-dock functionality for safe forklift cross-traffic. Available as dock box and hang-in frame configurations.
