The hydraulic dock leveller with hinge lip (standard 400 mm, optional 500 mm) is available in pit, dock box and hang-in frame configurations to fit existing or prefabricated pits. The platform is raised by two main lifting cylinders with built-in velocity fuse to prevent uncontrolled descent. Adjustable micro-processor controls include a return-to-dock function to enable safe forklift cross-traffic. Safety provisions include velocity-fuse free-fall protection, full-range toeguards with yellow/black warning stripes and a maintenance support strut.
