The FLEXIDOCK G 9200 is a hydraulic dock leveller with a segmented telescopic lip designed for combined loading/unloading of small vehicles (vans) and standard trucks/trailers. The leveller can be configured for specific dock layouts and vehicle types. The control box features a selector switch for small-vehicle or standard-truck operation. A 1000 mm to 1200 mm midsection of the telescopic lip is provided and the midsection can be extended up to 1000 mm and lowered onto the small vehicle bed. When the small-vehicle mode is selected, hydraulic weight reduction limits the load on the vehicle bed. PLC controls include a "follow" function to maintain lip contact with the vehicle bed and an automatic return-to-dock position.
